Having babies seem to be a celebrity trend, if you can call it a trend. A lot of celebrities have been giving birth or announcing that they are on the family way. These announcements are happening almost daily, if you really pay close attention.

But despite this so-called trend, there are still some celebrities that manage to surprise us with their baby news. First, there’s Elton John who recently appeared in US magazine with his partner David Furnish while holding their newborn baby. I’m not sure who the father is but they hired a surrogate mother. But probably more surprising is Nicole Kidman who announced that she has a new baby with husband Keith Urban using,yes, a surrogate mother as well. Makes you wonder why Kidman decides to use another woman’s womb.

Though black cannot be replaced as the staple color for outfits, you can definitely try navy blue or dark blue if you want something different. Blue can very well blend with brown especially if it is brown leather accessories. It is also very good if matched with white such as white pants and jackets.

Some people also say that navy blue cannot be paired with black. However, that is only true if you are having mismatched suits. Some navy blue blouses can actually be paired with black pants. Also, navy blue jackets can be very well paired with jeans and what is good about navy blue is that it compliments any hair color, from blonde to brunette.

Everybody is talking about this 21- year old designer who just won the recent season of Project Runway. You must see his collection in his website and judge it yourself at christianV.siriano.com. His works were amazingly fabulous. It was classy, stylish and trendy (very posh-spicyish). His ideas were really outstanding, he really knows how to match everything. All of the outfits were spectacular from the materials up to the details. Everybody just can’t get enough of Christian, even Ellen de Generes wants his designs. Can’t wait ’till he gets mainstream soon!

No one knows if those furs are for real but furry coats surely are becoming a hit especially with celebrities. Hollywood celebrities seen wearing furry coats include Sarah Jessica Parker, the ever fashionable Olsen twins, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, Kate Moss and Kate Hudson.

Actually, I also find furry coats cute and I often admire the ones worn by Japanese and Korean artists in their movies and TV series. But of course they are suitable only in cold places.

Furry coats really can be trendy and they can come in various designs and colors like white and brown. I just hope that animals aren’t harmed in making these coats, though.

45-year-old Alan Kaufman designed the world’s first hands-free umbrella which also promises not to turn inside out during strong winds. Kaufman spent 6 years developing the umbrella which was made of nylon, aluminum alloy ribs and clear thermoplastic polyurethane. The umbrella costs $60 and will be manufactured for sale soon.
